CENTER Working out of the Office for the Aging, Mr. Stoyell will arrange for assessment of the extent of an individual's visual impairment and keep in touch on a regular basis with those who are legally blind to help them take advantage of community resources. Mr. Stoyell will also try to match newly identified legally blind individuals with volunteers who can visit By: D.
